CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aurchid Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you forget, cancel last-minute, or don’t show, it prevents other clients from receiving the care they need. Late Cancellations We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur 30% of the scheduled service cost late cancellation fee. No Call / No Show If you miss your appointment without contacting us, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals We understand that life can cause delays, which is why we allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a No-Show, resulting in a 50% service fee. How Fees Are Charged * Fees will be charged to the card on file, or must be paid before booking your next appointment. Emergencies & Exceptions We understand life happens! In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, please let us know as soon as possible. By booking with Aurchid Skin, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
